We joined dozens of other families for the Spartan's day extravaganza - and a great day it was. Just one of the many events from summer fairs to Christmas carols that we have enjoyed in this village.
Thanks to everyone involved and long may it continue.....just wake me up after the speeches!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my friends and the different societies: The Women's Institute, The Over 50's and the Church, for the many lovely cards and flowers with best wishes during my stay in hospital; this was very much appreciated.
