Hello Meridian

I was bitterly disappointed to see the phone booth on the green/football pitch smashed up again. We know this is local kids and other kids know who does this stuff, it really is just a handful of meat head teenagers from our village. Do their parents know? Do they care? Please don't tell me they are bored, these kids are privileged and get a great education from the Village College and this is not a poor deprived area. Let us as a community find out who they are and let their parents know we are not prepared to accept this behaviour, it is the parents' responsibility.

We can make a difference. While I am having  a moan, the litter & cigarette butts at the entrance of the Village College is appalling, use a bin kids and stop smoking, it's not cool, and it gives you stonking dog breath.

Regards, Mr Angry from the village !!

We believe the best way to tackle this kind of problem is to have active
Neighbourhood Watch Schemes running in the village. They provide a direct information link to the police and are approved and supported by the local authorities. See our article on the Home Page and also the Police at www.cambs.police.uk/camcom/nhw - webmaster
