FOOTPATH 12: (Cow Fen Drove) runs from the south-east corner of Market Street as a gravel track with grass verges. Tall hedgerows and pollarded willows give way to an open arable landscape created by a pump drainage scheme in 1985. The path crosses a raised bridge over Utton's Drain and becomes a grass track. At a stile, it enters a large grass field, crossing it diagonally south-east towards a large ash tree and footbridge in the corner. It then follows the hedgerow to Ramper Road.
