Swavesey Meridian August/September 2009
By now we had hoped to be able to bring you news of the start of the guided bus - timetable fares etc but it is not to be. We are still waiting for the start date which has been indicated as being early Autumn!
Linked into this there are concerns about how residents at the Boxworth End part of the village are going to access the guided bus when it does start. There is NO CAR PARKING for the guided bus stop in Swavesey so those using it will either have to walk, cycle or use the existing No 15 service to get to the bus, yes there is a "dropping off area "but this depends on having someone who can do the dropping!  How will you access the bus if you use it? We would like to know.

The Memorial Hall is now under a new system of management please take time to read the article about it.

Parking is an issue and your ideas are welcome.

Please remember the deadline for the October/November issue is 20th August (or earlier) and this deadline applies to advertisements and to payments for advertisements too.
Thank you Ed
