Dear residents, The Neighbourhood Plan working party are beavering away diligently and the efforts thus far are about to go more public. A recent priority has been to identify all the associated stakeholders in the community, of which we have identified over 150, and agree a primary, and where applicable a secondary contact for each. Once completed, we can then agree with each stakeholder the most efficient communication channel to guide us all through the next 18 months of consultation and planning.
Obtaining meaningful and representative data is essential if we are to create a robust Neighbourhood Plan. This will require regular informal consultation with stakeholders to ensure we create the optimal village survey, asking the right questions on the real issues that you care about. Please keep an eye out for the hard working volunteers at local events, including the Primary School Fayre on Saturday 20th May and engage with us so we can all work together to shape the next 50 years of Swavesey village life.
