If you wish to speak to the police about
ANY CRIME (OR SUSPECTED CRIME) OR SERIOUS
ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR THAT IS IN ACTION OR LIABLE TO CAUSE HARM TO SOMEONE
DIAL 999

If you wish to report a crime or antisocial behaviour not currently happening dial 101
 Ask for an “Incident Number” so that you can trace what is happening to your enquiry.
If they consider it appropriate they will redirect you to the emergency number
Always take note of details if you can such as time; place; description of person or car; how you felt (anxious, threatened etc.)
If there is a scene of crime do not touch anything at all and keep your distance if possible.
