These are copies of the minutes of all parish council meetings. These minutes are based on the original minutes which are written using Word. Minutes are converted to Adobe PDF format for publication on this website. It is possible that errors may occur during this process so you should not rely on them as a true record.  If in doubt consult the original minutes.
The original minutes, and minutes before January 2004 are available for inspection at reasonable times, by contacting the Clerk to the Parish Council. Older minutes are kept at the County Records Office at Shire Hall and again are available for inspection. Minutes are posted here once they have been confirmed and signed as a true record by the Parish Council.
